A few years ago, I produced a range of greetings cards which were available in shops in Dorchester and Bridport, and via an Etsy shop. Then I got a full-time job at a local publishing company, and, what with that, and my three teens, and dog and two cats, the cards took a back seat.
A few months ago, I gave all my old stock to my mum, and she's been selling them to raise money for a local charity. They've sold so well that we have had to reprint about half the designs, which now have "all profits go to charity" printed on the back. And she has been getting some lovely feedback from people about the cards, so I thought, why not reissue a non-charity set.
Liz Poulain greetings cards are now on sale at Melbury Gallery in Sherborne. As soon as I have time, they'll also be available online. Bit busy illustrating the next couple of books at the moment!
